As a Professor Emeritus of Learning, Design, and Technology from The University of Georgia, I am available to help with a variety of projects related to the enhancement of learning and human performance in areas such as education, public health, training, etc. I am especially skilled in planning, conducting, and reporting evaluations, instructional design, and educational design research.
